  Lei Skov is ranked as a top 1% producer in the Santa Clara Valley and having achieved top 1% in the Century21system nation wide for 10  years. In 2014, Lei ranked 4th among all Century21 agents in the Northern California region.

   

  Lei came to Bay Area in 1999 from China. During the last 15 years, Lei has been dedicated to building a successful career in real estate. Although she has diligently studied and applied traditional industry methods, she differentiates herself from traditional practitioners in a number of ways:

  Lei’s professional credentials include a Bachelor of Communication from the Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute, Graduate Real Estate Institution (GRI), and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Her professional associations include National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, South Asian Real Estate Association, and Women’s Council of Realtors. 

   

  Residing in beautiful Almaden Valley, Lei enjoys reading, biking, skiing, swimming, tennis, and spending time with her family. In the community, she is a member of the Almaden Valley Women’s Club. Lei also volunteers her time with the local schools and as a leader for the local Chinese heritage foundation.
