Lei Skov is ranked as a top 1% producer in the Santa Clara Valley and having achieved top 1% in the Century21system nation wide for 3 straight years. In 2007, Lei ranked 12^th among all Century21 agents in the Northern California region.

Lei came to Bay Area in 1999 from China. During the last 12 years, Lei has been dedicated to building a successful career in real estate. Although she has diligently studied and applied traditional industry methods, she differentiates herself from traditional practitioners in a number of ways:

Her professional associations include National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, South Asian Real Estate Association, and Women’s Council of Realtors. 

Residing in beautiful Almaden Valley, Lei enjoys reading, biking, skiing, swimming, tennis, and spending time with her family. In the community, she is a member of the Almaden Valley Women’s Club. Lei also volunteers her time with the local schools and as a leader for the local Chinese heritage foundation.
